Everything turns blue after pressing the adress bar

I've installed a new wallpaper mod, and it caused this problem. When I turn the mod off or change to another one, it's still the same. Is there a way to turn this off without reseting the browser settings? I've spend an hour playing with browser settings, and still couldn't solve it
