Drastically slows down over time (happens in less than a days use)

So I have this reoccurring problem with Opera GX browser.. and only within Opera GX, I have put the same kind of extensions on other browsers that are chromium based. In order to troubleshoot if the extensions are the cause of issue. For which I came to the conclusion that it is not, at least not to the best of my knowledge... and understanding of it, and the only thing that fixes it.. is to use Opera GX Cleaner and only then does it regain lost performance and thus drastically reduce the amount of time for loading in the websites etc etc.. So what is causing all this?
