Opera Rewards – USDT redemption blocked by monthly purchase limit
Hello Opera Support,
I am having a problem with the Opera Rewards USDT redemption.
I currently have 4610 Opera Rewards points. After changing my phone, the USDT redemption option had disappeared for some time. Today, the 0.5 USDT redemption option finally appeared, so I attempted to redeem it through MiniPay using my Nigerian phone number.
However, after entering my details and proceeding with the redemption, I received the message:
“Token monthly purchase limit has been reached.”
I have not been able to redeem my accumulated points, and I would like to know:
What exactly does the monthly purchase limit mean?
When will the limit reset?
Are my 4610 points safe and still valid?
Will I be able to redeem the 0.5 USDT when the limit resets?
Has changing my phone affected my Rewards account or redemption eligibility?
I have attached a screenshot showing the error message.
Please investigate my account and advise me on the correct procedure.

@otoswald I was using Nokia CO2 so I lost phone but now am using the new phone,I did not change signing details..am using same same one..I don't know where are my ponts now

Funny thing is that I didn't know that points redemption has started until now. Totally missed when the 300 points = 1usdt. Registered since Nov/Dec, but totally forgot it, despite using opera daily for countless days. Now that I tried to redeem, there's no Redeem button, **Opera, why???**🥺

I see this redemption button only stays from wednesday until Monday morning than when it reaches the time to redeem the points this thing disappears, because during this day it tells you I have 6 days then you can redeem,may the system has the problem,any one to fix this problem we will appreciate.
