I'm not sure, Opera team is ready to give us rewards anymore, because after I have been able to redeem twice, I have been able to again, it's already going to two weeks now

@Aarkay Wow that's huge, and I'm even complaining about not been able to redeem at 600+ points. Maybe we can only get rewarded for some times and they will stop rewarding us. But what are the tasks you've been doing to stack up to 5k points and for how long have you been stacking it up till now, if I may ask

@Beeaitch I've been using websites instead of apps for shopping, newsfeeds, sports livescores etc etc.
I'm starting to feel that they caught my interest by making me redeem my points two times(my balance is $2.23). And lo! I'm hooked & ...

@leocg i redeemed like 3 times for USDT it worked fine till June after that the option for USDT exchange is missing it shows only 2 option Premium wallpaper & icon.

Hello Opera Support/Moderators,

I am experiencing the same issue with Opera Rewards.

I previously had the option to redeem 300 points through MiniPay, but after changing my phone, the redemption option disappeared.

I have continued earning points and currently have 3,900 points, but there is no longer any option to redeem them. I have checked the Rewards section and updated Opera Mini, but the redemption button is still missing.

Could you please check whether changing my phone affected my Rewards account or MiniPay connection, and advise me on how I can restore the redemption option?

I can provide screenshots showing my points balance and the missing redemption option.

@Mexone It is not due to changing phones. Everyone is facing the same issue. Opera is not letting us redeem our points for the time being. I hope they let us redeem our points soon.

Opera Rewards – USDT redemption blocked by monthly purchase limit
Hello Opera Support,
I am having a problem with the Opera Rewards USDT redemption.
I currently have 4610 Opera Rewards points. After changing my phone, the USDT redemption option had disappeared for some time. Today, the 0.5 USDT redemption option finally appeared, so I attempted to redeem it through MiniPay using my Nigerian phone number.
However, after entering my details and proceeding with the redemption, I received the message:
“Token monthly purchase limit has been reached.”
I have not been able to redeem my accumulated points, and I would like to know:
What exactly does the monthly purchase limit mean?
When will the limit reset?
Are my 4610 points safe and still valid?
Will I be able to redeem the 0.5 USDT when the limit resets?
Has changing my phone affected my Rewards account or redemption eligibility?
I have attached a screenshot showing the error message.
Please investigate my account and advise me on the correct procedure.
