Where is "turn off automatically close tabs used to open external application"?

had to re-install after a opera full lockup, and not cant find user interface in setting. That's were the setting "turn off automatically close tabs used to open external application" is. I 3d print, and makersworld open the prints to the slicer and I don't want it closing the window when it does. Has the setting moved or is an advanced tab now. Very frustrating
