How to get incomplete files from private folder?

I downloaded a large file to the private folder but it failed at 2.1gb out of 2.8gb and now I can't access the part of the file that I have. I have the pin, I can see the file in the folder but the only options it gives me are Download again, Copy link, and Delete file.
