Recent Windows 10 Security Update causing Opera to crash when attempting to load

My pc had updated today when it reset and the only thing affected so far is Opera GX, preventing me to load the browser as it keeps opening and closing on loop before stopping entirely. I've tried adding modifiers to the target in the properties, renaming the .exe, deleting Temp files, uninstalling & deleting folders before reinstalling, restarting the pc, and rolling back the update. Any suggestions?

I tried again with deleting folders, it worked but lost my previous tabs.
