[Mobile]Wallpaper layout and scaling are inconsistent

Hi Opera, I’m a long-time Opera user and really like Opera GX customization, especially wallpapers on mobile and PC. However, wallpaper layout and scaling are inconsistent compared to other Opera versions (Opera, Beta, Mini), making wallpapers harder to adjust and sometimes misaligned. Unifying or improving wallpaper behavior across versions would greatly improve the experience. I love your browser, thank you
