Problem with VPN button

Hello. After reinstalling Opera, the VPN button no longer appears next to the address bar.

However, the VPN functionality is still accessible from the browser settings.

Is this a solvable issue or a new feature of the app? Operating system Windows 11 Pro 24H2, writing to you from Belarus, Opera version – 127.0.5778.14.
