Can we make it so we can mix and match sounds?

This can apply for the keyboard sounds and browser sounds. Like if I want the tab open/close sounds from one mod, but want the rest of the sounds from a different mod, I would want to be able to mix the sounds in, and basically the same for the keyboard sounds.
