Future of Operamini in Saudi

I been using Operamini for at least a decade by now. Back in Philippines this mobile browser gained approval from Symbian users. Now even for Android and iOS since Symbian is dying out.

Now, I'm working overseas and was sad to learned that here in Saudi Arabia Operamini isn't working. I tried using STC and Mobily SIM cards but no luck.

I even used to edit servers with the help of Handler/Modded versions but still no positive outcome.

My question is... would there be future for Opera/Operamini in Middle Eastern Country like Saudi?

I read some people posts in the internet having the same problem as mine. Unfortunately, it seems this is happening for awhile.

I wonder if Opera making moves to get their browser here in Saudi?

Anyway, I'm looking further to it. Someday because I do really love Operamini.
