Videos/reels on some pages don't play/show

When opening sidebar instagram or whatsapp or tab with instagram or other platform videos/reels cannot play. tried all extension deactivations and standard AI suggestions, they don't work.
Youtube in tab works fine. Happens to standard Opera browser as well.Any ideas?

I have also just realised that the same problem occurs on facebook. The images load and everything works on the pages and sidebar-widgets, but once there is a reel it shows a black image with "Leider kann dieses Video nicht richtig abgespielt werden" (unfortunately this video cannot be shown correctly). Does anyone else have this problem?
I have updated all service, software etc. Cookies and cache have been deleted...
