Disable video popup features from developer side

Hello,
I've tried to search for it but I did not find any solution to my problem so I thought I ask it here.
I'm currently developing a website, and I have a video .mov and .webm format, which I want to use as a splash screen animation.
My problem is that there is no way (that I could find) to tell the opera browser not to show the buttons over the video, skip button, lucid mode etc.
I understand that the user could turn this off, but I think this is reasonable request to allow developers to tell Opera, hey this is a special video, and you don't need to show these buttons.Thanks,
