hold Shift when grouping tiles, to freeze target tile/group/ position

Hi,
so this drives me nuts:
Whenever I try to rearrange my tile by grouping them - and I do it quite often - they tend to jump between rows or make space for the one.
Simple hold the Shift /or Ctr/ to freeze those, that are not in intended to move would do the trick.
