Issue playing YouTube videos in 1080p and fullscreen

Honestly? I have a full on issue with Youtube dying when I increase the resolution to 1080p and play it in fullscreen. No, its not my internet, I diagnosed everything. Along that, links are having trouble to load. It's either sending me to an error screen (Amazon, really?) or just takes billions of years to load, which I already close the tab once a minute passes. Don't know if anyone else has this issue, but its bad. And as hard as I try to switch to a diff browser, I just can't. I've been with Opera for 3+ years probably. I've got full notes and tests: 144p fullscreen: Stutters right at the start, and keeps consistency in it. It buffers often and gets stuck sometimesz which elongated the time spent on the video by two seconds. Occasional short times when the video runs smooth.

Windowed: No problems at all, runs smoothly, despite the bitrate.

240p fullscreen: Ran smoothly the whole time, other than a small hiccup at the end of the test time.

Windowed: No problems at all, runs smoothly, despite the bitrate.

360p fullscreen: Stuttered at the start, with a long loading procedure, before running smoothly the whole way. It then stuttered again nearing the end of the test time.

Windowed: No problems at all, runs smoothly, despite the bitrate. Remains the same as the all the other windowed tests so far.

480p fullscreen: Stuttered at the start for a while, before running smoothly almost the whole test time, other than stuttering once again at the end time.

Windowed: Ran smoothly the whole way, no problems.

720p60 fullscreen: Ran smoothly almost the whole time, except for a small hiccup at the end time, likely to extend outside the testing time.

Windowed: Ran smoothly, no problems at all.

1080p60 fullscreen: Stuttered very often and loaded multiple times, extending the testing time by 79 seconds.

Windowed: Stuttered and loaded often, extending the test time by 52 seconds.

Highest Ms : 998.
Lowest: 10ms.
TTL: 113 at all times.

Anyway, hope this gets fixed somehow...
