Opera Built-in Proxy Manager

There was a while ago when most of the famous browsers (including Opera) had their built-in proxy manager, independent of the system.
We'd like to have this feature back.
Currently only Firefox based browsers have it, and from the Chromium based ones, i was able to find only Slimjet browser that has it.
This is extremely useful for people using the same PC for work as well as for personal purpose. Thus you can have the personal pages browsing using the system proxy settings and set up Opera to browse work related pages through a different proxy. We don't want to generate useless traffic to the work proxy server when streaming media or browsing personal stuff. -

Note that Chromium has a few command-line switches that you can try to see if they work in Opera too for now (since it's based on Chromium).
With Opera closed, you can open a command prompt and launch Opera like this:
"%localappdata%\Programs\Opera\opera.exe" --no-proxy-serverto tell it to ignore the system proxy.
Or, see the other proxy switches to set a specific proxy.
You don't have to do it in a command prompt. You can create a new shortcut to opera.exe named "Opera Custom Proxy" and modify it's target command in its properties to set the specific proxy you want to use. You can search the net for Chrome/Chromium examples.
