Opera Tabs crashing after awhile

Both Opera GX and Opera itself have recently started bugging out and refusing to open tabs/using the search engine. When the tab is hovered over, it shows that it "crashed" and wont work unless I close and reopen the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing has worked. Any tabs I have had previously opened work just fine. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a fix that actually works and sticks?
