The newest update made this issue so much worse by not only breaking the original fix, but if the new pin is correct, making the browser entirely unusable even if said fix wasn't broken. Any time I play a video, now regardless of the ANGLE setting, my screen flashes three times, then both the video and the graphics acceleration breaks. This has been an issue for me for maybe a year now, and has seemingly gone unaddressed for years now. I'm forced to turn off hardware accel now, which is super not ideal because it makes certain things run painfully slow.

What irritates me the most is that it happens on every Chromium browser I've tested. All three versions of Opera, Google Chrome... but not Microsoft Edge. All that tells me is that they're doing something that literally no one else is doing, and that it can be fixed on a browser-by-browser basis. Frankly, I probably need to test more browsers, but I'm honestly so done with this glitch and I want it gone.

Now, if anyone needs me to attach data/proof/whatever, I can do that, I just need to know how to get it if it's anything more than enabling a debug flag and screenshotting a log. I'm not super knowledgeable when it comes to proper troubleshooting, aside from just looking up the problem in as many different ways as possible and trying stuff that seems to make sense. As you can see, that hasn't worked.

After over a year, I finally found the cause. Windowblinds. Went nuclear and reinstalled Windows, and noticed it wasn't breaking anymore and was so happy! Yet, nope, as I reinstalled everything, it started breaking again. Took off all extensions, nothing. Turned off Start11 and Windowblinds 11, nothing. And while I didn't uninstall Start11, I remembered that Windowblinds does cause a lot of issues for a lot of applications. So, I decided to try uninstalling it completely, and wouldn't ya freakin' know it?!

Issue solved, but how do we go about fixing it?
