[Duplicated]Interrupted: Virus Scan Failed message when downloading anything

Hi! I've been having this problem when I try to download anything using Opera GX, It doesn't matter what the file type is, .exe, .png, all of my downloads are stopped with a message saying "Interrupted: Virus scan failed". I've searched through this forum and reddit posts trying many different method to fix this but nothing has worked. I've been an opera user for about 2 years and this problem has never happened before, I am on a new laptop but I'm not sure why this is happening suddenly. I'm running Windows 11 Home and if anyone knows how to fix this it'd be really helpful!! (this is also happening only on opera, Edge is working fine)
