Right now, you can right-click on a tab, goto "Save" and choose "All tabs to speed dial folder". Then, if you don't want the folder on the start page, you can goto the URL
opera://bookmarksand move it out of of the "Speed Dial" folder to "other bookmarks" or "Bookmarks bar" if you want.It would be nice to be able to do that directly though.
Note that the function only saves the tabs for the current workspace in the current window. You have to repeat it for all your other workspaces and in all other windows if you really want all tabs saved.
Also note that you can ctrl + left-click the tabs you want to select them and then right-click a selected tab and save. and it will only save the selected tabs.
You can also right-click on a blank spot on the tab bar to get the save option directly.
If you use tab islands, you can right-click on an island's handle and goto "save" to save just its tabs.
For the folders you create, you can later right-click them and choose "open all in tabs". This doesn't restore them back into their tab islands though.
