Add email to the left bar in WhatsApp style

The idea is to have quick access to all your main emails, Gmail, and Outlook, by adding more functionality to the left bar. This could be implemented on all versions of computers.

There's an experimental way to do this now. See https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/wiki/opera/custom_site_panels/. It needs lots of improvements though, but it does work.

@burnout426 Thanks, it was useful. I hope you still add it so that notifications work. Although it is limited, it is very useful to me.
