Opera addon should be available on Android

If Addons feature is available on Android, this will be huge life saver to us. Some features like change user agent and ads tracker blockers like decentralise and unlock should be there.

If you ask Aria AI it says it has add on and extensions for android just not as many as what is available for desktop it even gives direction on how to do it but it doesn't exist and the direction are really outdated or something because nothing it says is right.
