Opera GX slows down after a few hours for no reason

I have 4-5 tabs open at the same time, Facebook, YouTube and 3 others where I only play or interact, what I notice is that after approximately 1-2 hours all the tabs slow down, I see the PC resource consumption and everything is "normal" but I notice that the YouTube videos slow down although the audio remains unchanged, switching from one tab to another is affected and it does so after too much time, I can only solve this by closing Opera Gx completely and reopening it but I would like to know what is happening or why this problem comes back every 1-2 hours. This problem is recent, previously nothing like this happened even if I had pear gx open for 6+ hours.
