opera_elf.dll not found message when starting Opera GX

I opened up opera gx and this system error comes up. I've tried uninstalling it, but this error again shows up and then it doesnt uninstall it. I've tried installing another one and once again this error shows up and stops the download I have quite a few important passwords on opera and i need it back. pleas help
