[Duplicated]Allow dragging tabs between two monitors

As two monitor setup user, when i try to drag a single tab from one to another it just doesnt work. it remains as an individual tab on the same screen and i have to drag it after it has been an individual tab.
please make it that i can pull the tab directly to the other screen.
