More synchronization and button reordering

Sorry if this has been suggested already, but I'd like to see a few more synchronization options. I have Opera installed in a few computers, but I use it mostly on a certain computer. When I do use it in other computers, there are a couple things that could improve my user experience, and they all stem from synchronization capabilities. Currently, Opera does not synchronize installed themes, speed dial, and extensions. Chrome synchronizes extensions. Something going a bit beyond that, it would be great if extension settings could also be synchronized. It's quite boring having to fine tune an extension in a new machine. If this can be be added to Chrome via Blink as well, all the better. Lastly, for some reason, it's impossible to reorder extension buttons after the extension bar, at least I've never been able to it since Opera 15. Why is that?

I know speed dial sync is already being worked on (you can enable it with the "Bookmarks backend for Speed Dial" flag. be warned its an experimental flag and could potentially cause data loss), not sure about the rest but I'd imagine at least some of those are being worked on as well.
