Videos/Clips not working on both Opera and Opera GX

When I try watching videos like on Twitter for example it says "The media could not be played." and on some other sites like Facebook, TikTok etc. I have a similar issue basically on most sites which have videos/clips except YouTube. I'm on Windows 11 Home and I started getting this issue after I factory reset my PC. I've already tried disabling hardware acceleration, clearing cache, disabling extensions and deleted and reinstalled Opera completely. From my research, the only suggestions I've seen were to download and install media feature pack but that's only for Windows N versions while I'm on windows Home
