Request Preset Workspace Across Windows

Hello,
I like the workspace function but as for someone that uses multiple screens the workspace becomes unusable because the tabs reset when you open a new window. I would like to have a function to pin or keep as a preset so that i can open a workspace up and the tabs i need for a certain project will always be there. Right now there is the option to rename and change an icon but this is useless if the tabs on there don't stay consistent.
