Bookmarks bar

I know, I know, people complaining about Opera's bookmarks, same ol' same ol'.
But I like to suggest specific tweaks to the bookmarks bar. If anything could be done, or at least looked at, it would be of nice, because it is the only thing that is holding me back to switch to opera again.-
Why on earth is it in a different colour than the rest of the interface? Bookmarks bar is #F7F7F7 while the 'main' bar is #F5F6F7. Why is that? It is very subtle, but it somehow manages to bother me. Making it all the same would add some consistency.

It would be totally AWESOME if I could hide that 'Add to bookmarks bar' button and separator. It may help new users, but if at lest was given an option to hide it, even if it was under Advanced Options, it would be great. Even if it was on the right side of the bar would help, since it really disrupts general usability and I find myself clicking it by accident many times, since Opera is the only browser that has it.
If the same button under the 'Add Page' label that shows inside folders could be moved to the end of the folder list, it would help a lot as well.
That's basically it. That's not too much to ask, I think
PS: for the website guys: If your resize this very textbox I'm typing on, the smiley button stays in the same place instead of following the textbox's border, blocking the text. If is not intended to do that, could be something take a look on whenever you get a chance
Thanks!

I would like to be able to hide the add to bookmarks button as well. Love Opera overall though.
