For about 2 weeks the pCloud PAss extension appears disabled on one of my computers (I have Premium Plan so the number of devices shouldn't be a problem).
Tried to remove the extension, rebooting and reinstalling. Nothing improvedI use Opera One(version: 116.0.5366.71).
HAve you guys/girls faced with this and solved ?
Thanks

Hey @roccoman2011!
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the pCloud Pass extension on Opera One. Since you've already tried removing, rebooting, and reinstalling the extension, we'd recommend checking if there are any pending updates for Opera One or the extension itself. Additionally, ensure that no other browser extensions are conflicting with pCloud Pass. If the issue persists, please contact pCloud Support at support@pcloud.com for further assistance. Thanks!
Kind regards,
The pCloud Team -

Hi @pCloud !
Great job you do pCloud teams: prompt and supportive replies. Thank you !
Regarding yr suggestions:
- Opera One edition I use is the newest. Checked as we speak.
- Opera Ad Blocker is the only other extension I use for now.
- None of support@pcloud.com suggestions worked.
Seems that I have to revert to an older Opera edition (as I think that Pass extension stop working when I updated Opera to this 116.0.5366.71 edition). Maybe this will solve my problem.
Tx

I've had the same problem for 2 or 3 weeks. My opera version is the latest and I don't use any other plugins. You really need to find a solution because this is preventing me from using PCloud pass on this browser.
