      OS: Windows 10
Opera GX Version: LVL 6; Core: 115.0.5322.124
      Problem: Literally any youtube video.
Screenshot: Its literally every youtube video. Open one.
Description: For the last few years, Opera GX has an issue while playing exclusively youtube.com videos. I have had no issues on any other streaming platform, and I have no issues with Youtube on any other device or any other browser on this device. It starts the video, refreshes, does it again, and then stops. Sometimes it only refreshes once. This is extremely annoying, because it does this for no reason. The video starts playing, and can get upwards of 1 minute 30 seconds before it refreshes. It always refreshes on any new video playing, and if the tab loses its cache, for example over a couple hours and another couple hundred tabs, it starts refreshing and restarting the video all over again, regardless of the position of the timeline on the video. This is extremely annoying and unprofessional, especially with how long this bug has existed.

@GamerMan27 everything worked fine before i did my clean install. the latest update seems to have ruined the whole video playback thing. most video's i'm not able to watch anymore. works fine in other browsers.
if they don't fix this, ill be gone from opera soon. its a requiring bug, that gets solved, and than with a new update returns.
