Broken YouTube player when using Miniplayer

Hi! i just started getting this problem last week, i've tried to reset the cookies, diabling and enabling Hardware Acceleration and even updating the browser but still no success.
so a lot of the time (not everytime) when i press Miniplayer on Youtube, the player just goes blank like on the picture, i can't press on it, i can't move it, i can't close it, and when i play another video it's just play the audio and not the video since it still on Miniplayer mode. i need to refresh everytime it happen and it's annoying.
anyone know how to fix it??
