Danish QR codes won't scan

Opera version 115.0.5322.89
Every Danish site that requires my SSN to log in on any site, also require me to scan a QR code as an extra layer of security. My problem is that with Opera, my app won't scan it and the code shows for 2s, then change to another code for 2s, then back to the original and just keeps going like that. All my settings are default.
To reproduce, simply try to use a Danish SSN on any Danish site that require it.
My expectations are a still QR code that can be scanned. I get one that changes and can't be scanned, even if I take a screenshot of either version
