Money never updated on my cryptocurrency wallet

High loaded twice into the cryptocurrency wallet built into the Opera browser yesterday neither of which did I receive if I search the wallet address online it shows the balance of both still being in it and all it shows is to separate received transactions.. but when I log into my wallet and I can reconfirm the same cryptocurrency address it is still at zero and shows no transactions on the wallet itself. Who do I contact or how do I get it to update the balance?

Having the same problem I don't know what to do sent over 1000 dollars and now it's not updating it not letting me send either is it bugged?

Whenever i try, it says "failed to get gas" not sure what that means..
