Hello
it's not possibile to me to find any way to login onto iOs and put my nick and password in order to syncronise the account with PC and Android where the syncronization works well.
How can I do that? -

@MaxPandini I am having the same issue. Opera for iOS 5.1.0 built-in Help states to go to Settings, scroll to Synchronization, and log in. Only problem is there’s no Synchronization option! Seems they got their cart in front of their horse on this one. A major drawback to using Opera across platforms (not an issue in Safari, Edge, or Chrome…)

You can’t sync Opera the way you can with Safari, Chrome or Firefox. But you can use the Flow feature which gives you sort of syncing functionality.

@MaxPandini
For years now, Opera advertises the miracle of syncing mac OS with iOS on phones. The connection always fails, yet they still advertise this "feature" (bug) -

I wish someone from Opera will be able to respond. There are 2 MAJOR problems in Opera for iOS:
-
No syncing feature
-
Flow doesn’t work at all
I know the folks in Opera know about these problems but no one really says anything. We as users would like some official answers - otherwise it seems they simply ignore their users. All they should do is at least acknowledge the problems and if possible suggest a workaround or plan a development/fix

@elimicol Sync doesn‘t exist on iOS, but Flow works for me on both, iPad and iPhone. Maybe You’re sync chain is somehow broken?

@DerHimmelssheriff99 I'll be glad if you could help. On Android (I have also an Android smartphone) I have no issues with Flow however on every iPhone I use (I have 2 at the moment) it will not connect to Flow: I tryed everything but if you have a solution for my problem I'll be more than glad to hear it. Thank's

If you are sure you haven‘t anything important on Flow, you could delete Flow completely („delete Flow“). This logs you out from your Opera account as well.
You could also manually log out from your iPhones if you‘ve logged in on them in order to use Aria. After that log in into your Opera account on desktop and then try to connect to your iPhones first before Android. I hope this would work. If so, connect your Android device to Flow on desktop.
Make sure, you have the latest version of Opera on each of all your devices.Connecting to Flow can sometimes be tricky in my experience, unfortunately. As sometimes there‘s some conflict. People should realize that it‘s a sync feature, even though not full fledged.

I did a new install on my Windows PC and had no problem connecting my iPhone via Flow to it. I hope, you'll cope with that, too.

@DerHimmelssheriff99 No, I think the problem is not with Opera One Desktop but with Opera iOS.
I've just installed Opera GX on my iPhone and it connects to Opera One desktop Flow on my Linux machine. So Opera iOS doesn't connect to Flow, Opera GX from the same iPhone connects without any problem.
If you have an idea how to solve this mystery it would be great. My iPhone is an iPhone 13 with the latest iOS version 18.2 and the latest Opera Browser version. -

@elimicol I'm afraid, but I don't know of any other solution. I'd still advise to start the sync- chain afresh, as there is sometimes a conflict.
I'm on the edge to migrate to Vivaldi anyways. I hope you may find the key to connect your iPhone. -

Still, no problem with Flow on my iPhone and my iPad. Connected instantly.
