Shortcut remapping suggestion

I think a useful feature would be the ability to fully remap key combinations for shortcuts. This would mean that users would have the ability (for example) to remap Ctrl + 1 to mean open the first icon in speed dial [I REALLY miss this speed dial feature :(] or, if they prefer, to cycle through tabs/jump to the first tab. This could be implemented on a new shortcut screen in the menu, where an (advanced?) option button could enable remapping. An 'activate' key would have to be assigned, eg Ctrl,Alt etc, and then an 'action' key would be assigned eg 1,2,Tab (basically any other key). Multiple activate keys could be assigned to one function as well (e.g Ctrl + Shift + action). Hopefully Opera will read this and implement it as I think it promises to be a very useful feature.
