"Translate" function always asks what language to translate to

"Translate" function of selected text in the tooltip always asks what language to translate to and you need to open chat, write "English" and it's not comfortable.

I tried to ask it to remember my choice, got the response that it will but it did not eventually.

The tool should remember my choice.
