The add-on that I'm looking for is something that can change my normal web pages to mobile web pages. Firefox has a add-on called Go-Mobile which I find very handy using it. Is there or could there be a add-on like that for Opera?

You could switch the useragent (=browser idetification string) with this addon: https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/user-agent-switcher/?display=en
