No Persoa.ini Missing 4KIG Extension Uploading

Hi, We are uploading extension of my website name 4kig.com on the opera addon developer account. Although, it is tested many times and offline it has been upload successfully and working fine. When we upload on the Opera Developer Forum it stop and display message that "No persona.ini is missig".

After ready the solution it convert my package to .pem and then try to upload it. Again it could not upload successfully. Can anyone briefly explain me step by step so we can smothly upload this to opera addon account.

I have same issue with persona.ini file.
Had you fixed it and could you please help me with it?
