Chrome Extensions no longer installing to Opera GX

It has been some time now that the chrome extensions are no longer functioning when it comes to installing them on my Opera GX browser. Any extension I attempt to install gives the same error.
The current compatible version of the browser with my OS is
LVL5 (core: 102.0.4880.117) (x86_64) for macOS Mojave 10.14.6.Error details are as follows:
"Download error: Download interrupted with reason: SERVER_BAD_CONTENT"here is an example of an extension I would like to install:
