bring back old tab cycle order

For control+tab key, the new Opera has adopted a tab cycle order from other browsers (Firefox, Chromium) which I argue was a bad move.
Old Opera behavior:
- ctrl+tab cycles tabs back to most recently viewed
- subsequent hits goes to tabs you viewed even earlier
New behavior:
- ctrl+tab cycles to the tab visually on the right of the current one
Rationale on why I like the old behavior:
- tabs that are closer to each other in time are closer to each other in number of key strokes
- allows you to quickly go back and forth between two most recent tabs which, at least to me, is a very common use case
Rationale on why I dislike the new behavior:
- hitting ctrl+tab generally jumps to some old tabs which I don't currently care of
- prevents my old workflow (subjective!)

Press Ctrl + F1 or set the activation order flag in opera://flags to use Ctrl + Tab.

Thanks a lot. I didn't know it was possible to enable this.
