How to clear extension settings?

I have an extension for Duelingbook called Duelingbook Unlock. I have never opened the extension settings before yesterday, but I poked around and clearly that was a mistake. I don't know what I did, but the zoom% setting broke the card arts for me.
Removing the extension makes it work like normal, but there are a few quality of life and custom card features I want to keep from DBUnlock, so I want to figure out how I can go back to how it worked before.

tl;dr: How do I put an extension back to the same settings as if I was downloading it for the first time?
