How to recover open tabs on a deleted user account

Hello.

I had several pages open, which restarted every time I opened the computer.

However, my Windows 10 user had problems and I had to change user.

However, I still have the old user's folder.

I would like to know if there is any way to reopen all the pages that were closed on my old profile.
The new profile has the same name as the old one, and I have the files from the old one, the App Data folder is there.
