Auto Refresh Page suspect behaviour

When this addon is active, it will send a request to:
https://adgard.net/code?id=[some ID that might identify me]&type=1

It also had access for every page, even though common sense would say it should only request access to pages where it is used, right? I think this is suspicious and humbly ask for someone to verify it, as I suspect it's being used to check every URL its users open.

I'll remove the addon from my browser anyhow. Here's the link to the addon:
