Aria is very good, incorporates the internet and gives me correct answers. It is better than chatGPT.

ValsoBG last edited byToday my mobile Opera updated and so I found out about Aria. The experience was overall fun and I even found an answer to questions that intrigue me but so far Duck or Google searches haven't been able to give me answers. And for a person like me who left all "social" media, Aria was a nice replacement to waste time on, while waiting on a long line in front of my doctor's office.
The only recommendation I have is that you make Aria open in a new tab, instead of the current setting. The current setting completely takes over the browser window, so if you wanna use the browser at the same time as chatting with the AI, you can't do that. You have to close the conversation with the AI, which IMO is lame. It would be a lot better if the AI had a tab of its own.

After I complained, it gave me the infos...

Since yesterday Aria stopped to work. Windows 10 and Android on any network only this error: Bei der Verarbeitung Ihrer Anfrage ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte neu laden oder später erneut versuchen.
So should I go back to my regular ChatGPT?

it wasn't as flexible as bing chat when it did work too.

@drackendarck Thx! The problem seems to be Aria since we're not the only ones with this error. Til friday Aria worked fine on each device, now "she's" dead.
This roughly coincides with OpenAI's general usage of ChatGPT v. 4.0 has also released for third parties. Apparently Opera tampered with it and can't get it right.
So I roll back to my regular Open AI ChatGPT...

@jordisit if you want to have fun and roleplay, try this:

Its more for fun not for internet search (and free!), But remember its all fictional, nothing should be taken seriously, also as with any AI (yes even chatgpt) ai isn't a source for the truth!
But if you want to play around try it
Oh and no, the bots/chars there have no internet access or can visit websites, they are perfect trained liars. You can ask them about the time and you should see that the minutes aren't correct and no matter where you are its overall xx:25 no matter if 08:25 or 12:25. -

Aria is quite dumb. Mostly worse then chatGPT.
- Aria very often complaint about ethics and refuse to ansver to even relevant and casual questions.
- Aria dont even have corret information about Opera itself and very often give you misleading or even wrong information not just about Opera but even in general.
- Aria is very slow compared to chatGPT and quite often change language without no reason.
- Aria quite often give you URLs to useless things that sometimes is not even relevant to your topic.

@airforce25228 i never used chatgpt, because it requires a phone number, I don't want to give my number out to it.
But yes, I hate the urls, like I asked for a list of countrys without URLs and it made for every country name a url to open Google with "spain" as example. Completely unnecessary.
And yes, fake infos.
Also true about the language. I talk in German and it switches sometimes between English and German. -
