Ooooh!
I am crying! Please enable the possibility to alter or edit the mouse gestures!
The absolute most used function for me is to be able to close a tab with just right click and swipe right.
I am using Opera all the time only for this feature.I am "middle mouse button" clicking a lot of pages and then just right click and swipe to the right to close the pages that I do not need.
To swipe down and right is faaaar to slow and complicated. Then its even faster to aim for the X on the tab.... Not good.
I really need to just right click and swipe to the right. Fast and accurate.
[Moved to suggestions]

Mouse gestures are a central part of my Opera experience. Right clicking and dragging down to open a link in a new tab, I noticed, is gone. So is holding the right mouse button down and scrolling with the wheel to switch tabs. Quite a few things from the old Opera are just gone, and those little things are what made me stick with Opera for so long! I'm pretty depressed about this right now :-\

Oh yes... I'm crying too :awww:
I remember having read somewhere that "decisions takers" at Opera think that customizing mouse gesture is too "geeky", and won't be implemented.
I just can not understand that argument, and I'm still waiting, waiting... and hoping they change their mind.As explained in other topic, this is just an example, but I desperately want to be able to switch tabs (previous, next) with mouse gesture or rocker gesture. It's not "geeky", it's just incredibly more efficient and simple to use!
If you don't want to go too far in the "geeky customizations features"; please consider at least the one which have real impacts on every day habits and browsing efficiency!

Isn't it better to implement more power user features, but tuck them away in some advanced settings page to not distract and/or confuse a novice user? This could even be done with Opera 12 - like setting a very minimal toolbar setup by default, but someone went like "Hey, let's remove this feature altogether"...
