I propose shorcut to Turbo "Alt+T"

I'd like to propose this shorcut "Alt+T" for Turbo swicht On-Off. I learnt that there is one (alt+O) but in 1 PC this isn't work for Turbo On-Off because it opens in new tab the about Opera page, look:
In the netbook It works well alt+O=Turbo On-Off
PC & Netbook have the same OS Win 7 (Professional and Starter) in the same language and the same Opera brand-new version 25[moved to suggestions]
