Delete blocked cookies

My cookies settings:
- Block sites from setting any data.
- Block third-party cookies and site data.
- Add exceptions to allow cookies for specific sites.
Users that switch to these from default settings will end up with lots of unwanted remaining cookies. To get rid of them, they would either have to manually delete each one, carefully avoiding allowed cookies, or start from scratch by removing all cookies and renewing their logins for each allowed site.
It would be convenient to be able to easily delete all blocked cookies. Removing an exception should delete the corresponding cookies. And while at it, adding exceptions could be somewhat less complicated.
