Internet cuts out while using Opera GX

Occasionally, my internet will cut out while I'm using it. I don't mean it disconnects or shows no connection, when I open my available networks tab there is Nothing. I know it's not my router's issue because my phone has perfectly fine wifi. I've gotten the hardware checked too. What's the issue?
