Allow to customize Speed Dial

Hi Opera Devs,

I have only one request, please, please, allow us to remove that hideous glare on the top of the Speed Dial/Stash/Discovery pages. It ruins every single one of the themes available.

The new Speed Dial page in Opera 25 (now beta) doesn't have that anymore.
